VILLAGE GENERAL CONDITIONS

 

  • If you wish to stay in BUNGALOWS, CHALETS, ARAVAN FUN OR PITCHES reservations are mandatory, with a deposit of 30% of the total reservation cost, to be paid with and no later than 15 days after the request for the reservation is made; failure to do so will result in loss of the reservation.

  • The remaining balance should then be paid upon arrival, after check-in.

  • Late arrival or early departure must be timely communicated to the Management, and in any case must pay for the full period of the reservation. Non-arrival within 24 hours of expected arrival time will result in the cancellation of the booking.

  • In the case of cancellation of a reservation the deposit will be returned in full minus a €35.00 administration fee – as long as the written communication of the cancellation is received by the Camping Village at least 35 days before the start of the reservation; otherwise the deposit will not be reimbursed.

  • The Management reserves the right to assign accommodation and pitches at their discretion.

  • It is prohibited to erect tents, gazebos or anything similar within the green areas reserved for Maxi-Caravan, log cabins and Caravan FUN.

  • The period of stay is implied to be from Saturday to Saturday (7 days).

  • Check-in is from 15:00 to 22:00 and departure must be before 10:00.

  • Guests are liable for any damage to the accommodation and the structure.

  • The price of accommodation includes: a car parking space, pots and pans, covers, pillows, bed linen (changed weekly), veranda, hot and cold water, electricity, tax and VAT.

  • Entrance to the swimming is not included. During the months of July and August the entrance fee is €3.00 per person. This includes the use of sun beds, chairs, and umbrellas, if available.
