The first stop is Salerno. During the Middle Ages the city has lived one of the most important historical phases, having been the capital of the Principality of Salerno. Very important was also the Salerno Medical School, which was the first medical institution in Europe. That's why Salerno became the world's capital of medicine.
We continue our visit with Paestum, famous especially for the temples and the walled wall that encircles the entire archaeological area of Paestum in a perimeter.
The Paestum temples that are gone are in excellent condition. The most important are the Temple of Hera I, the Temple of Neptune and the Temple of Athena.
Free time for lunch and in the afternoon return to the reception of the Village.
